How much does shipping cost?

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. However, please note that international shipping times and costs may differ from domestic shipping. Make sure to review the shipping options available for your country during the checkout process.

How long does shipping take?

We offer a free up to two working day delivery service for all orders over £100 (ex. VAT) to the UK Mainland.Order by 1 pm Monday to Friday for within two working days delivery. Items are shipped via DPD. We endeavour to despatch all orders received before 1 pm (Monday to Friday) on the day of order. Unless otherwise requested, your order will be shipped on the next working day delivery service. You will receive a shipping notification email and/or text, once your order has been despatched.

What is your return policy?

Goods correctly supplied may not be returned without the Company’s agreement.

Any article which has been supplied to special requirements cannot be accepted for credit under any circumstances, and in other instances, a restocking charge may be imposed.

All returns, other than faulty or defective goods, will be subject to a collection fee (quote available on request) and a 15% restocking fee. This must be reported to HimelinkECO within 5 working days of receiving the goods.

Returns will only be accepted if all items are unmarked and in new condition with item packaging (if applied) unbroken. Goods which are returned and do not comply with this, will not be accepted.

Please note: HomelinkECO will not accept any returns that have not been agreed beforehand. This should be agreed with our customer service team prior to arranging any goods to be sent back to us.

Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

🌱 Is Bagasse Packaging Recyclable?

Yes — HOMELINK ECO's plant fibre packaging can be recycled like cardboard, as long as it's clean and food-free. It’s a great end-of-life option for items like produce trays.
But remember: local recycling rules may vary, so it’s always best to check with your council for the latest guidance.

🍃 Is Bagasse a Renewable Material?

Absolutely. Bagasse is made from sugarcane pulp — a fast-growing crop that regenerates annually.
In fact, only about 30% of global sugarcane is used for sugar. The rest? Often wasted.
We turn that leftover pulp into smart, sustainable packaging — cutting agricultural waste and closing the loop in the circular economy.

🏡 Is our Bagasse Compostable at Home?

Yes, and this is our proudest feature. Our packaging is certified home compostable and naturally decomposes in about 90 days, enriching the earth without leaving toxins behind.

Fully certified to European standards, it’s composting made simple — and sustainable.

🛑 Why Aren’t All Bagasse Products Home Compostable?

Some meals require added grease resistance, and this often involves PFAS, a synthetic additive. While these products are still compostable in industrial settings, they aren’t suitable for home compost.

We’re committed to phasing out PFAS entirely and delivering truly compostable solutions across our range.

🔥Is Bagasse Suitable for Microwave Use?

Yes. Our packaging is designed to handle hot foods and is generally safe for both microwave and oven use (up to 95°C).
